In addition, sellers may not offer to ship replica firearms internationally. Sellers may not choose the "will ship worldwide" option. Only domestic shipping is permitted.

If a replica firearm auction contains an image that does not clearly show that the gun has an orange plug, the auction will be ended. The only exception to this rule would be if the seller is using a stock image, but in this case the description must clearly note this fact and state that the gun will in fact be shipped with the required orange plug. Lastly, sellers of replica guns may not include fake silencers with the gun, as it generally covers up the orange plug.

In general, blank and starter guns, replica or imitation guns, paintball guns and "airsoft" guns may be listed provided that: 1. The item does not, and cannot be readily altered, to shoot a projectile (except for paintball guns or "airsoft" guns.) 2. The receiver is not a firearm as classified by law.
