Trails End offers a return period of 7 days from date of receipt. AN RMA number are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in original packaging and resalable. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs/CDs are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service (warranty) should be returned directly to the manufacturer. Please Contact me to recieve an RMA number. Please provide the invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
