We automatically send tracking information to all customers with an email address so you can easily track your package. Please check your email and click on the supplied link from the shipping company to track your item.

Handling and Delivery Times:

Every order placed with Craig’s Affordable Tools is picked and packed with care and shipped within one business day (excluding weekends, holidays, and out of stock items) of payment. You can expect you item within 1-5 business days of shipment. Sorry, but items weighting over 70 LBS are not eligible for guaranteed delivery times

Combined Shipping:

Buy More and SAVE MORE! When you buy multiple items you receive 20% off of the total shipping and handling costs of those items (Lower 48 States). Simply pay full shipping price for the most expensive shipping item and subtract 20% off each additional item. 

Combined Freight Shipping:

Please call customer service at 734-322-3283 for a quote.  We deeply discount multiple freight items for multiple items and wholesalers.

Freight Shipping:

Freight shipping is done by Yellow Freight and UPS Freight to the 50 US States, Mexico and Canada.  Our freight shipping prices listed in our ad include standard ground shipping, handling, and a pallet charge to a commercial business address in the lower 48 US States.  Delivery Notification, Lift Gate Service, Inside Delivery, Construction Site Delivery, Guaranteed Delivery and Residential Delivery are all extra service charges.  Please include your company name, active phone number, and delivery address with your order or payment

Canada Shipping Policy:

We currently use DHL for most of our Canada shipping.  We prefer DHL because they do not charge brokerage fee’s for items entering Canada.  Customers are responsible for all tariffs and duties for international shipments. To check tariff costs call US Dept. of trade 800-872-8723.  We will not ship any packages to Canada using USPS.  We have learned that their service is unreliable.

We have a flat rate delivery charge to any province in Canada.  Certain areas in Canada will have a remote area delivery service charge.  Our customer service team will contact you live in a remote delivery area. Please include your telephone number with your order.  No Canada order will ship without a valid phone number. 

Po Boxes, APO Boxes

We simply will not ship to PO Boxes or APO boxes.

Shipping Insurance:

If you purchased optional shipping insurance, you are 100% covered for parts, replacement parts, shipping costs or product replacement.

Shipping insurance is optional for all of our products.  All shipping charges, replacement item costs, and replacement part charges are to be paid by the customer if shipping insurance was not purchased at the time of sale. 

If your item is lost in shipping you will be 100% fully covered for the product value and shipping costs for the replacement item if you purchased optional shipping insurance.  A replacement will be sent as soon as the shipping company declares the item lost.

Without optional shipping insurance, you will be covered up to $100 if your item is lost. 

Shipping Damage:

If shipping insurance was purchased you are 100% covered for parts, replacement parts shipping, and/or product replacement at Craig’s Affordable Tools discretion.  In the rare event that your item arrived damaged please call customer service at 734-322-3283.  We may ask you to take pictures of the damages and email them to us. 

All shipping charges and replacement part charges are to be paid by the customer if shipping insurance was not purchased at the time of sale. 

Customers are welcome to pick products to save on shipping costs Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Sorry no Weekend pickups!  Please call 734-322-3283 before you come to pick up your item as all items are in not stock at our warehouse.

A $20 loading and service charge fee will be charged per pickup visit. We will also add 6 % Michigan Sales Tax to all pickup invoices.

Cash in person is the preferred way of payment for pickup customers.  We accept all major credit cards at the time of pickup.  Sorry, no checks for customer pickups.

Our return policy gives you 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product, provided it's new, unused and in the original packaging as received.

If an item is opened and deemed to be defective within 30 days from the date of delivery, please return the item to us and we will replace it with an identical item or issue full credit. All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Sorry, we cannot accept returns for any reason after 30 days from the date of delivery.

When returning an item please write the reason for the return on a piece of paper and place it inside the box. We also require the customer to clearly write the RGA# on the outside of the box.  No returns will be accepted without a rga#. Please contact our customer service department at 734-322-3283 for a return goods authorization number.

If the item is returned and not in 100% new sellable condition, we will credit 75% of the original selling price minus shipping and handling costs.
