Checkout
After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy-It-Now purchase, you have two check-out options:
Check-Out Now! Click on the Check-Out Now button here or click here to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process . You will be able to complete your payment and finalize your purchase without waiting for the winning bidder email confirmation.
Check-Out Later: If you do not choose to Check-Out Now, you will be notified via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of auction close. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.
Payment
- All payments must be made in US dollars. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Money orders and Cashier's Checks
- WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.
Sales Tax
8.10% sales tax is automatically calculated for Arizona Residents and shown in the check out process. For local pick up information, please refer to out FAQ section below.

Shipping
- Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment. Most orders received for in stock merchandise generally will be shipped within 1 Business Day. Please note, Saturday, Sunday and US Holidays are not considered business days.
- Within the lower 48 United States , your order will be shipped by either UPS Ground or USPS priority mail. (Except for orders over 150 pounds, which are shipped freight within 3-5 days)
- The shipping and handling charge for orders within the lower 48 states will be listed in the auction and in the checkout process.
- Express shipping is available for most orders. Please call our customer service department for rates. (The Telephone number is listed in our check out process).
- APO/FPO or PO Box orders are shipped USPS priority.
- International GST and Duty charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with local customs for current charges. Items will not be marked as gifts.
- You may combine shipping if you are bidding on more than one auction, however, you must complete the checkout process within (3) three days of the first winning auction to avoid separate shipping charges. After winning your first auction, choose our checkout link and enter all the information up to the payment section. In order to keep the checkout open for combined shipping, do not complete the payment section until the last item is won. At this time, complete the payment section and shipping will be automatically combined.

Return Policy
In order to bring our customers the best quality merchandise at insane prices, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Any item may be returned as long as it is in New and unused condition. In order to keep our prices so low, we require the following restocking fees on returns: (Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, and shipping charges will not be refunded)
15% Restocking Fee for Items Returned or Exchanged Within 7 Days
20% Restocking Fee Within 8-15 Days
25% Restocking Fee Within 16-30 days
40% Restocking Fee Within 31 Days or Longer
Return Process
Please contact our Customer Service department immediately as every returned item must be accompanied with a valid return authorization number.
• All returns are authorized at the discretion of arizonaswede.
• Item(s) must be returned within seven (7) business days of receipt.
• Item(s) must be in new and unused condition.
• Item(s) must be returned in the method it was received.
• Insurance is highly recommended as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
• With all Returns, Exchanges, and Warrenty claims the customer will be responsible for shipping to and from.
Please Note : If a credit is issued, a refund in the same form of payment originally used purchase can be expected within (30) thirty days after an item has been returned, inspected and is found to be in new and unused condition by arizonaswede. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.

Do you accept PayPal?
- Yes we do accept PayPal. Choose our checkout link to use PayPal. If you try to pay directly through eBay or PayPal it will delay your order.
Do I have use your checkout link?
- Yes. We ship a high volume of orders each week and the checkout link ensures that your order will be processed efficiently.
How I pay with a credit card?
- Follow our secure check out link to pay by credit card. It is there you will be prompted to enter your credit card information. We accept Matercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Am I required to pay sales tax?
- We are required to collect 8.10% sales tax in the state Arizona . This will be calculated automatically during the checkout process.
Can I combine shipping if I am making multiple purchases?
- You may combine shipping if you are bidding on more than one auction, however, you must complete the checkout process within (3) three days of the first winning auction to avoid separate shipping charges. For Domestic Shipping
Can I pick up my order?
- Our warehouse is open from 9am to 3pm Monday through Friday for local pick up and deliveries. You can pay for your order with a Money Order, Cash (exact Change only please) or Credit Card with a Valid Picture ID. I am sorry but we do not allow personal checks. A pick up fee of 40% th shipping charges will be added to your order. Local Taxes of 8.1% also apply. If you have any questions or need to schedule a time outside of the warehouse's normal hours please call me at 623.931.3247 or contact us at the above listed email.
When will my order be shipped?
- Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment. Most orders received for in stock merchandise generally ship the next business day. Please note: Saturday, Sunday and US Holidays are not considered days in transit so please plan accordingly. Shipping packages internationally can sometimes take 2-5 days to arrive and include tracking information.
How will my order be shipped?
- Within the lower 48 United States , your order will be shipped by either UPS Ground or USPS priority mail. (Except for orders over 150 pounds, which are shipped freight within 3-5 days)
Can I track my order?
- Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped. You will be able to access the tracking information for your order after 8pm on the day shipped. Use the tracking number to check the location of your shipment 24 hours a day by logging on to: www.ups.com or www.usps.com .
What if my order is damaged in shipping?
- Please contact us immediately. Most carriers require original packing and immediate notification. Any delay in notifying us will affect your claim. You can find our information on the label on your package or e-mail us at the above listed address.
For International Shipping:
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
- Yes, for eBay orders, simply select APO/FPO as the country in the drop down menu when you checkout. APO/FPO orders will be shipped via USPS priority.
