SHIPPING
All Clear Pool & Spa ships using UPS and USPS. Shipping & Handling costs includes packaging and handling fees. All items under 1 lb. will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated. Anything over 1lb. will be shipped UPS with a provided tracking number. All items ship only to United States customers in the continental 48 states.
California residents pay 7.75% sales tax on all merchandise.

RETURNS
IMPORTANT: Please read the following carefully. Failure to follow the instructions may result in the refusal of returned merchandise.
You may return most items sold for a refund. However, you must follow the instructions below to return merchandise:
1. The item must be unused. If the item is defective, contact us and we will give you instructions for return of the defective merchandise, once defective is received we will ship a replacement (at no additional cost to you, unless replacement is an upgrade). In the case of an upgraded item, customer will pay the difference.
2. The item must be shipped within 5 business days of contacting All Clear Pool & Spa. You will be responsible for the value of any merchandise damaged during shipping that is not insured. You may use whatever shipping carrier most convenient to you.
IMPORTANT: All Clear Pool & Spa will not pay for, nor arrange for return shipping unless an incorrect item was shipped by our mistake or if an item is defective.
3. The item must be received within 15 business days after notifying All Clear Pool & Spa of mistake or defective. All Clear will provide a return label via e-mail for any incorrect or damaged item that needs to be returned.
4. Upon receiving the properly returned item, we will refund the amount for the product (less shipping and handling costs) to buyer's PayPal Account or checking account which was used for the purchase.
All returned merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee for items that have been opened.
