Terms and Conditions:

• Payment: I accept Paypal, money order or cashier's check only. Auction must be paid within 24 hours (via Paypal) or within three days (via Money Order/Cashier's Check) of closing or item will be automatically re-listed. If you are paying with Paypal, please note that I only ship to CONFIRMED addresses. Please make sure your credit card billing address matches your shipping address.

• Shipping: The shipping is via FedEx 3rdDayAir. If your confirmed address is a PO Box, your tickets will be ship via USPS. There is an optional $2 insurance (optional but recommended). I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets.

• Tickets have been ordered and confirmed. I will keep the winner posted on the status. They are hard tickets, not ticketfast.

• All correspondence will be with your paypal e-mail address, unless otherwise indicated in the notes section of the payment.

• All sales are final. Full refund minus shipping charges only if the event is canceled, not postponed.

• I reserve the right to cancel any bid or end the auction early at my discretion.

• Please bid only if you intend to pay. I will take all necessary measures with non-paying bidders including filing a non-paying bidder report with eBay.

• Seating chart is taken directly from the ticketing agency or event venue website. I cannot be responsible for changes or errors in the seating layouts. I can only guarantee to accurately tell you what is printed on the tickets.
