Merchandise Returns/Exchanges Return authorization (RA) number required. To obtain an RA number you must call within 14 days of when you received the merchandise. All returns must be new, unused accompanied by a copy of the invoice and in original packaging suitable for resale. No returns on electrical products. There is minimum of $10.00 or 20% restocking fee for returns whichever is greater and a $10.00 fee for exchanges.
