VINTAGE OMC 383535 ENGINE HEAD EVINRUDE JOHNSON NEW

Up for sale is a brand new OMC 383535.  It is brand new and in the box.  I think it is a head, but I am not sure.  Please email me if you know what it is.  This is a new item that was old store stock.  This is one of multiple parts that were for Evinrude and Johnson engines.  I have photographed the exact item that is up for sale.  I do not know much about boats so I may not be able to answer any technical questions.
