The Factory 4.1 is guaranteed to produce more horsepower throughout the entire RPM range! The impressive gains observed on the dyno do not give justice to the power that’s put to the ground. More than “just another race muffler”, the Factory 4.1 has a long list of features that may go unnoticed. FMF pioneered “Factory Forward” engineering; moving the muffler further forward in the frame, shortening the midpipe and muffler length to centralize mass and lower the center of gravity for improved handling. International Customers

Piston Motosports will NOT be held responsible for import duty's or taxes that may be assessed by your customs office. If requested we are willing to state that a package is a GIFT to help avoid duty fees but we cannot guarantee this will work everytime. We can also put a lower value on the invoice if requested. Please make all requests at the time of payment.

Shipping Terms

Most orders will ship the same day or within one business day of receiving a cleared payment, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. We stock all of our listings but feel free to contact us prior to placing an order to check stock. Occasionally we may sell out of an item due to consumer demand. If this occurs we will contact you immediately with options to provide a replacement item or refund your payment in full.

Shipping Discounts

• For domestic shipments we offer FREE shipping on any additional items purchased. It doesn't matter if you order 2 items or 20 items you only pay one shipping charge.
• For international orders we offer a discount by combining the total weight of your items rather than charging you a set amount for each item.
• For orders with multiple items please make sure all of the listings have come to an end before checking out.

Shipping Methods

• Continental United States: All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless you contact us and choose a faster method. All ground shipments are fully insured and include a tracking number. Ground service typically takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your location.

• Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes and International: You have a choice between Global EMS express which includes insurance, a tracking number and typically takes 3 to 7 days. Or, Priority Mail which includes inurance, a tracking number and typically takes 6 to 10 days.

Payment Options

We accept payment via PAYPAL, CASHIERS CHECK and MONEY ORDER. We only accept BANK ISSUED cashiers checks and US POSTAL money orders. Orders that are paid with a cashiers check or money order will be held until they have cleared. We do not accept personal checks or bank transfers under any circumstances.

All orders with a billing address in CALIFORNIA are subject to 7.25% sales tax.



Payment must be received within 7 days of auction end. If your payment is not received within the 7 day limit, your item will be relisted and Piston Motosports will file a non-paying bidder report with eBay to recover our listing fees.

Return/Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

We do offer an exchange policy if the item is available in our inventory. Due to selling at greatly discounted prices, we request that the item be shipped back exactly as received and that standard shipping be paid to ship an exchanged item back to you. If combined shipping was applied, standard shipping still applies for the item being exchanged.

Return Policy
 
Merchandise purchased from Piston Motosports may be returned within 14 days of delivery date for a refund, less shipping charges, under the following conditions:

1. If the product is defective or breaks under normal riding conditions.
2. If the condition rating listed in the auction is different from the condition you believe it should have been rated.

Under the following conditions, Piston Motosports will pickup the item you received via UPS, and give you a full refund against your original purchase:

1. The item you received is not the item you bid on and won in an auction.
2. The item you received arrives broken or damaged from the delivery process (e.g., a dented silencer).

Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect and credit the account used to complete the original purchase.

Please contact us for an RA# prior to sending back your return. Items without an RA# will be refused and sent back to you at your expense. Unless there is a manufacturers defect Piston Motosports will not take back any used product. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our return policy.
