Welcome to our eBay store! To make your purchase as simple and easy

order for us to quickly and efficiently process your order you must

There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically
send you an e-mail within three hours of auction close. Our message will
contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be
able to safely, quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.

Payment
All auction winners will receive an emailed payment request containing the
details of their auction and payment instructions within a few hours
following the end of their auction. Using this link will allow us to
ship your product much quicker.
- It is important that you use either the
checkout link above or the one we email you following the auction.
Payments made without going through checkout will be delayed 1 to 2 days.
- We accept
PayPal, money orders and cashier's checks.
- Payment is
due within 7 days of auction end. Items not paid for within this
timeframe will be re-listed.
- Your item
will ship out only when payment has been received and verified.
Regular PayPal
payments will ship the first business day following payment notification from PayPal. PayPal E-Checks require 3 to 7 business days to clear and your item will
ship as soon as the check is verified by PayPal.
- Minnesota
residents must add 6.5% sales tax.
- Our hours
of operation are 9am to 5pm central standard time. All
correspondence and shipments will be made during these hours.

Shipping
All XTREME Outdoors products are shipped on the first available business day
following payment receipt and verification. Shipments go out M-F at
9am CST via Common Carrier. If payment is received on the weekend or a holiday
your item will ship the next available business day. We
only list items which are in stock and ready to ship. Any delay in
shipment would be due to payment verification issues. We issue
tracking numbers for all shipments.
Your item
will arrive in a factory sealed carton. Any damage to the factory carton should be documented and immediately reported to the
carrier upon receipt.
The total for
delivering the winch safely to your door is
$31.99.
This includes shipping, handling
and insurance for the full value of the
product. All of our products are inspected thoroughly numerous times during
the manufacturing process and their respective packaging receives a final
inspection for quality and integrity prior to final shipment.
We are unable to offer pickup service. In the interest of providing our customers with
the highest level of logistics efficiency we do not currently ship to
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or countries and locations other than the contiguous
United States. Our carrier is also unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO's.

Service
XTREME Recovery is an authorized XTREME Winch distributor. We strive
to ensure your satisfaction and will work with you to ensure a positive
experience. In the unlikely event you should receive a damaged product
please email us immediately.
If an item is found defective on arrival, buyer understands that we may
send the appropriate parts for you to fix the problem yourself if notified
within 48 hours of receipt of product. All presumed defective parts must
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and be returned for
inspection before replacement parts are sent. Any returned package without
an RMA# will be refused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and
insurance.
6 MONTH Limited Warranty
Your XTREME winch comes with a limited factory warranty. This
warranty covers all internal parts for a period of 6 months from the date of
receipt. Warranty does not cover cables, fairlead, knobs, steel hook
or other external parts. Warranty is void if winch is abused or not
installed according to detailed product instructions.
All presumed defective parts must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number and be returned for inspection before replacement parts are sent. Any
returned package without an RMA# will be refused. Buyer is responsible for
return shipping costs.
A full inventory of winch replacement parts are available in support of
your purchase at a reasonable price through the XTREMEWINCH website should
you need them.

Agreement
By purchasing and/or using any item
from XTREME Recovery and/or its parent company, the purchaser acknowledges
to be at least 18 years of age. Purchaser also acknowledges that winch
products are inherently dangerous and hazardous, and that use of the product involves the risk and danger of serious bodily injury including, but
not limited to, disability, paralysis, dismemberment and death. Additional
risks may exist that may not be readily foreseeable.
Purchaser agrees to comply with all
applicable laws governing the use of the product, and to observe all
appropriate safety precautions, including the wearing of appropriate
protective gear and clothing, and operating the product safely and under safe conditions.
Purchaser fully accepts and assumes
responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a
result of the use of the product ,
whether by purchaser or anyone using the product with or without purchaser's
permission.
Your purchase of the product shall constitute your release
and indemnity in favor of XTREME Outdoors and/or or its parent company, its
shareholders, officers, directors and employees from any and all claims or
injuries of every kind resulting from use or operation of the product,
including costs and attorney's fees incurred in connection therewith.
