- After you have won the auction, your checkout procedure will be sent to your Ebay registered email address. All payments must go through our checkout.

- We stand behind every item we sell. If you are not pleased with your purchase, we’ll be happy to give an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 30 days of your purchase via insured parcel post (USPS) to P.O. Box 1368, Arcadia, CA 91077-1368.
- For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system. Additionally, the product must be in its original condition: including box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all other accessories.
- Opened software, music, games, and movies are not eligible for returns.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
