This item is the Vogue easy Options Maternity sewing pattern #8334 shown here. The pattern has was copyright in 1992.

The pattern is uncut, unused and still in factory folds. The instructions are in the envelope. The top flap is torn - does not affect contents.

The pattern is a Maternity Size 12 - 14 - 16:   Bust 34-38"; Waist 26½-30"; Hip 36-40".

The pattern description reads as follows:  "Misses' Maternity Dress, Tunic & Skirt:  Very loose-fitting, slightly flared dress, above mid-knee or tunic has neckline variations, slightly cut-in shoulders, shoulder pads and above elbow or long sleeves. A: welts. Straight skirt, mid-knee, has elastic raised waist and back hemline vent."
