Our policy on returns is simple. If something is broken when you receive it, give us a call. After we determine what the problem is, we'll do what it takes to make you happy. We do accept returns, but you must call us first. Please do not return an item before contacting us. All items shipped from our location will be in excellent condition, so if something is broken in transit, please contact us immediately.
