Home Elements is the Rose Tree Factory Outlet in Dallas, Texas. An 11,000 sq. ft. showroom of all the discontinued Rose Tree bedding that has been retired and is no longer at a retail store. Once a collection is no longer carried by a retailer and Rose Tree retires the collection, it is offered for sale in the outlet. As long as Rose Tree has fabric and trim to re-produce the collection they do so strictly for the Home Elements Outlet until the collection is a complete closeout.
Rose Tree luxury bedding has been or is offered at many of the finest department stores including Dillard’s, Neiman Marcus, Belk, Horchow, Great Indoors, Linen Chest, Macy’s, Tuesday Morning, Linen Source, Linen and Things, Saks Fifth Ave. and Parisans. Comforter sets at retail sell for $450.00+.
Rose Tree has manufactured many collections for private labels over the years, such as Oscar De La Renta, Jane Seymour, Elizabeth Arden.
If you just purchased a Rose Tree item at a retail store on a “clearance sale”, it does not mean Rose Tree retired the collection. It means the retailer is moving onto a new collection by Rose Tree since they cannot carry every collection in their store. If you are needing additional pieces to your collection they will be for sale at full retail price by Rose Tree. That same bedding collection could be picked up by another retailer at a later date. Collections can last years before they are retired depending upon sales.

1 YARD of KALAHARI STRIPE FABRIC.
THIS FABRIC IS 2nd QUALITY.
It has minor imperfections to it but they are even throughout the pattern, so its hard to tell they were not meant to be there. The graphic printing was off by a small amount and an outcast of white lines show which looks like a highlite in the bedding. If someone didnt point it out, it would still be great for home projects.

FABRIC is approx. 108"wide.
Kalahari large stripe fabric is a has a multi color with red, green and blue done in a wide stripe. Lighter and darker colors of each make this fabric easy to work with. This fabric was a coordinate in the Kalahari collection by Rose Tree.
If you need a swatch of this fabric, please email your name and address information and we will send it to you. Please note: Our fabrics are extremely cheap by the yard and sell quickly, by the time you get a sample the fabric could be gone.

ROSE TREE has 100s of bolts of fabrics left over from bedding and table linens and we would love to sell lots of yardage, check back with us if you dont see any that interest you at the moment. Inventory changes weekly.
These fabrics are great for quilting, patch work, crafts, sewing projects, window panels, valances, pillows and many other ideas that come to mind.
Fabric contents: Most fabrics in general could be 100% cotton, cotton blend, cotton-poly rayon blend, or ployester or a woven. Washing and care instuctions are unknown but they could be washable or dry cleaning is recommended for best results- use your best judgement for care. The true fabric content is unknown about the fabric.
Notice: The yardage listed is a guess to what COULD be on a BOLT of fabric. We do not un-roll the entire BOLT to get the exact yardage of what is left to sell to list it on ebay. Most fabrics are over-listed in yardarge amounts so we will not be left with any. If we are short to the yardage you paid for we will be happy to issue a refund for the overage paid only. If you need exact yardard for your project, please email before bidding and we will check the exact yardage for you. If you dont understand, please ask.
Shipping is $5.00 for the 1st yard of fabric and $1 each additional yard.
Sorrento by Rose Tree is a luxurious bedding collection with many neutral tones in a black toile pictorial. The comforter has a large toile fabric used that features a dog scene in subdued tones of black, gold and beige on a beige/cream backround. A stripe is used on the reverse that is done in a black and beige/cream. A large coordinating plaid, rich brush trim and matching cording are usd to compliment the design.
* Note: Rose Tree has been making oversized comforters for years to accommodate pillow top mattresses, but some older collections could have smaller dimensions. Please inquire about the size if its not listed. We try to describe and list everything about the product if the information is available.

Refund/Exchange Policy
Home Elements Outlet has a no return, no exchange, no exception policy unless an error is made on our part, we are human and mistakes happen. We are happy fix them. All sales are final, so be sure to ask questions before you purchase if you are unsure.
Shipping
Home Elements Outlet ships by UPS Ground ONLY. You must provide a physical address for delivery of your Rose Tree item. NO P.O. Boxes are allowed. Be sure to add any special notes so that your item will get to you personally.
Please allow 5-7 business days from the payment date to ship your item. A week in needed to gather your item and get them to the shipping department to be packaged and sent. It usually takes UPS 1-6 business days to deliver your item after that. We email the UPS tracking to you so you can track your purchase so it is received by you without being lost. Occasionally out of stocks or oversells happen if we are low in stock on an item. We will email to see if you would like a substitution or refund if that situation occurs.
We do offer shipping discounts on multiple winning auctions. Please email if you are unsure of what your shipping charge will be. Oversized boxes for comforters and pillows are based on size as well as weight, we try to offer the best rate we can for your items.
