These are 1.5" (1 1/2) (ONE AND A HALF INCH) rotary cut squares of 100% cotton quilt fabric, white-on-white, white-on-cream, buff-on-cream, and the like .... they give a nice shaded look that's prettier than plain ol' white. There are at least 12 different tiny prints, always changing due to the nature of cutting small squares, no solids, see my scan below. These are intended to match up perfectly with my other 1.5" squares: 'That Scrappy Look' (assorted prints/colors), and 'Solid Colors'.
These are darling little one-and-a-half inch squares for quilting, especially piecing miniature quilts. These are also stunning when used in larger bed-sized quilts, like 'Postage Stamp', or a scrappy 'Trip Around the World', or a very delightful 'Double Nine Patch'. Of course you may find them useful for 'Watercolor' quilts as well as many other patterns when you do miniature quilting.
If you need a huge variety of scraps for your applique work these will put a pile of choices right at hand so you don't need to get up and rummage through your scrapbag quite as often.
They make an adorable one inch finished square if you take a 1/4" seam allowance all around.
They are quite charming, it is amazing what a difference the step down from my 2" squares to these 1.5" makes!
