If you are dissatisfied with any items received from us, The sole remedy is to return the item for a refund.

All of our items are Smoke Free and clean unless otherwise noted in the description. If you are not satisfield with your purchase, you may return the item within 10 days for a refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling. We strongly recommend that you insure the return, as we will not issue any refund until we receive the item in satisfactory condition.

We do our utmost to accurately describe each item and to display the colors as near to actual as we are able to. However, each monitor will display colors differently - therefore the color you are seeing may not be the color of the item. If color is important to you, please ask us before placing your order.

If you have any problems with your order, PLEASE let us know before you leave feedback. We cannot resolve a problem which we do not know exists. Bad feedback is intended for Sellers who do not correct problems - Please give us an opportunity to set things right.

We ship 2 days a week, so you will get your order quickly. We ship to United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. Shipping rates shown are for U.S. only, unless otherwise noted and additional shipping will apply to International orders.

We will combine your orders which will usually result in lower combined shipping rates. The eBay computers cannot compute combined shipping charges, so please place your order and do not pay and do not "checkout" - wait for me to send you an invoice with the combined shipping charges before paying for your order.

We can fit from 8-9 yards of 44" cotton quilting type fabric into the flat rate priority mail envelope. We can get up to about 24 yards of 44" wide cotton quilting type fabric into the flat rate box. Insurance is required on all priority flat rate box orders.

We require insurance on all orders over $50 including shipping. We strongly recommend that you insure your order. Seller is not responsible for replacement or refund on uninsured shipments which are lost or damaged - our liability ends when we put your items into the hands of the shipping carrier.

Insurance is not available on international flat rate envelope shipments. If you are an international customer and you require insurance then the shipment cannot go by flat rate envelope - it has to ship by priority mail by weight and the shipping charge will be higher. All International priority flat rate box shipments include automatic insurance up to a specified amount, which is usually adequate to insure the contents when we ship fabric. Sometimes international shipment are randomly selected by customs for inspection - this may hold up a shipment for several weeks. We have no control over this. Also, sometimes the receiving post office may hold your package awaiting payment for customs duty. If your package does not arrive within 10 days after payment - we strongly recommend that you contact your local post office every 7 days and ask if your package is there, awaiting payment of duty.

Payment is required within 10 days. We accept PayPal in USD $$ only. If you do not have a PayPal account, they can easily be set up by visiting PayPal.Com.

If you want to order several items and combine shipping, everything must be paid for within 10 days of the first item ordered.
