• We'll contact you with the total within 3 days of your purchase  (usually within 24 hours), including shipping and handling.
  
• ALL CUT FABRIC SALES ARE FINAL. However, on the rare occasion that we miss a flaw or send something different than what you ordered, we will send a replacement immediately (or issue a refund if no more of the pattern is available).  Just notify us of any problem within 7 days of your receipt of the order.

• We are more than happy to combine sales to save you shipping costs.
  
• We typically will ship your order the business day immediately following receipt of your payment.  (Our business days are M-F except postal holidays).
  
• We ship 1- and 2-yard orders via First Class mail to US addresses.  The Postal Service may take up to 5 days to deliver a first-class package cross-country.
  
  • Our first-class shipping charges include a modest amount to cover weight fluctuations and out-of-pocket costs for envelopes, inner linings, labels, etc.
    
• Larger orders are shipped via Priority mail, typically taking 2-3 days for delivery.
  
• Insurance is optional, but strongly recommended.  Once the Post Office has your order, we can no longer control its condition.  Please see our shipping charges chart for domestic and international rates.
  
• Delivery confirmation is included at no additional charge on all US shipments.  As we prepare your package, we will email you a shipping notice that includes your delivery confirmation number.

  • You pay just the postage for Priority flat-rate envelopes and boxes.
  • We declare full value on customs forms and mark sold items as merchandise
