Since 1998 we have received 4 negatives, in the past 6 months we have received 12, they do follow a pattern and all are from people who do not buy crochet patterns normally, they bought one, never contacted us and left a negative. Our customers know the caring service we give :-)

PATTERNS ARE PAGES FROM PRIOR CROCHET MAGAZINES, LEAFLETS OR BOOKLETS UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN AUCTION. THEY ARE NOT COPIES.
Patterns are stored in protective plastic sheets, which the buyer will also receive. Package has bubble wrap tied up and inserted in envelope. This works most of the time but, if you want your package to be completely safe you should pay for priority mail so you can have it in a cardboard envelope. At the low prices we sell items we can not stuff every envelope with bubble wrap and cardboard this would force us to raise our prices.
Alot of our items are bought at estate sales and other places such as that. Although we clean everything and make it as nice as possible we can not tell you that items have been 100 percent smoke free for the life of the item..

We accept paypal payments, cashier checks and money orders only! No personal checks please.
If you pay with money order please remember it takes time to get to us, and for us to ship the item.
Please clearly mark your money order with ebay name and item numbers as this is our only way of knowing what you are paying for.

We do our very best to figure shipping for items, but, as humans sometimes we underestimate. If this happens and there is postage due, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for this, not us. We use delivery confirmation when we print directly off the internet but, sometimes a persons account will not allow this to be used.
Shipping for patterns is 1.00 for first pattern and 25 cents for each pattern after that.
Leaflets are 1.50 plus 50 cents for each additional item after that.
Magazines are 1.75 plus 75 cents for each additional magazine after that.
Shipping to Canada is 1.50 per pattern and 25 cents after that.
Shipping to Canada is 2.00 per leaflet and 50 cents after that.
Shipping to Canada is 2.25 per magazine and 75 cents after that.
ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL BUYERS SHIPPING COST IS EITHER 9.00 GLOBAL EXPRESS OR IF YOU DO NOT MIND THE WAIT (SOMETIMES 4-6 WEEKS) WE CAN SEND IT AT A LOWER COST FOR GROUND SERVICE. WE SHIP INTERNATIONAL ONCE A WEEK DUE TO HAVING TO GO TO THE POST OFFICE. WE ARE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIPPING TO CANADA, UNITED KINGDOM AND AUSTRALIA AS WE HAVE NOT HAD GOOD LUCK WITH SOME OF THE OTHER COUNTRIES RECEIVING THEIR ITEMS IN A TIMELY MATTER.
ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS DONE ONCE A WEEK ONLY, USUALLY ON FRIDAYS.

Items are shipped first class mail unless it is heavier, then we ship media mail or in the case of magazines, parcel post. PLEASE REMEMBER MEDIA MAIL CAN TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS TO DELIVER. If you are not a patient person PLEASE request another form of shipping as we have no control of delivery time once we ship. We CAN NOT be responsible for how long the USPS holds on to a package before they move it on which is what they do with media shipping.
Once your item is shipped we take down the picture of the item as we are on a limited amount of room to store pictures so if you want a picture of the item please print it out after you win the auction.
Insurance is optional...BUT ADVISED. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS IN THE MAIL ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR HANDS AND HOPE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND. IF THERE IS A CONFIRMATION NUMBER THAT SHOWS IT IS SHIPPED WE ARE NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN PURCHASING FROM US. Please buy insurance if you are in doubt of the US Postal service ALL invoices we send out have the option to purchase insurance. If you remove this option you are totally responsible for lost items.
