refund the original s/h but the cost of shipping the item back to us is

shipped the wrong package)

receiving your item. We can work out the problem in different ways as
you are our priority

responsibility for damage caused by USPS or FedEx Ground. You have the
alternative to purchase insurance for USPS and FedEx Ground insurance
is free. We will cooperate with you if you have to file a claim with
USPS or FedEx for damage.
