NEW Wheel from Rollagraph called BEST OF SEASON.  Rollagraph and Stampin' Up! Wheels are made by the same company.  All Rollagraph wheels are interchangable with Stampin Up handles and inks.  Wheel is brand new.

Buyer pays shipping cost of $2.75 for first class mailing or $4.60 for priority mail.  Insurance is optional at $1.65.  I combine shipping on multiple purchases - see Additional Checkout Instructions.  I do not replace items that are lost or damaged in shipping unless insurance has been purchased.

I accept payment through paypal, by money order, cashier's check.  I ship on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  In a hurry?  Please email me.  I will ship PRIORITY packages on other days.
