Payment is expected within seven days of the close of auction. If there is no payment received ten days after close of auction and no email communication then I will leave negative feedback and relist the item. On the flip side, I LOVE TO LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK. :) Please be sure to contact me after the auction to let me know if you are paying with a money order or cashier's check. Thanks. :)
With international orders, we accept pay pal only. There are no money orders or cashier's checks accepted for international orders. We are sorry but we have to do this for our own protection.
Please do not pay until I have sent an invoice with the most accurate shipping quote.
Shipping is calcualted based on your zip code and the weight of the item. I do not believe in overcharging for shipping! If you pay by pay pal then I ship within 1-2 business days, but if you pay by money order or cashier's check then I will not ship until payment is received and cleared. I always try to offer three forms of shipment to suit your needs. The price of parcel most has gone up and many times there is only a ten cents difference between parcel post and priority mail. In this case I offer priority mail as it is important for you to get your item quickly and without hassle. Your shipping quote includes any handling fees used to pay for packaging materials as well. Handling fees are always between 1 and 3 dollars and only 3 dollars on very large boxes with lots of packing materials.
PLEASE DO NOT PAY UNTIL I SEND YOU AN INVOICE. Many times ebay misquotes shipping costs and either I suffer or a loss or they overcharge you. After every transaction I weigh the item a second time and research the least possible rate for you and send it in an invoice.
All invoices will be sent out very promptly.
I do have a return policy! If you are dissatisfied with anything you buy from me you MUST contact me within three days after you receive your item to be considered for refund. No contact indicates that you are happy with your item. If you need a refund the item must be returned to me within seven days after you receive your item. I will NOT refund shipping costs to you or pay for return shipping. Thanks so much for bidding and have a blessed day! Also, bathroom items are non-returnable if opened.
