SHIPPING: We ship within the United States only. Shipping is as stated on 1st item, ½ price each additional item. Just let me know you are bidding on more than one auction and WAIT for a combined invoice before paying. If you pay before you are invoiced, we will not refund shipping on multiple bids won. WE SHIP TO CONFIRMED ADDRESSES ONLY, please do not call us or ask us to change that policy! Insurance is OPTIONAL and RECOMMENDED. We are NOT responsible for items once they have been shipped from the Post Office.
PAYMENT: We prefer PayPal, Visa or Master Card due within 3 days of auction close, but will accept Money Orders and Cashier's checks due within 7 days of auction close. (You may call our Retail Store toll free 1-877-537-7479 with your credit card and you will receive a confirmation number and CC receipt with you order). You must contact us within 72 hours of closing to notify us if paying my money order. After 7 days, if we have not received payment, we will report the item unpaid, re-list it, and leave negative feedback no exceptions.
RETURNS: We describe our items as accurate and as best we can. All of items come from a smoke free environment. Returns are accepted only if item is grossly misrepresented, or we have made an error, and the item is returned in its original condition (kits are not opened). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us PRIOR to bidding.
