The envelope flap has been torn off, but it is inside of the envelope. Also, there is a tear in the side of the envelope because it has been stored in a filing cabinet full of patterns.
Misses' Two-Piece Dress: V. 1 or 2 top has front tucks, forward shoulder seams, front neckband, back button closing, waistband and shaped peplum with back pleats. V. 1 has lace trim, self bow and long sleeves. V. 2 has below elbow length sleeves. V 1. or 2 skirt has back zipper, waistband and fish-tail back.
Fabrics: Crepe de chine, tissue faille, crepe, jacquards, challis.
SHIPPING & HANDLING is $3.00 First Class Mail
- I ship by first class mail, unless otherwise specified, as soon as possible after I receive your cleared payment.
- I charge just a little extra for handling to cover expenses related to packaging and shipping my items. (labels, paper for packing slips, ink for printing them, gas to go to the PO or UPS store, packaging supplies, etc.)
- If I have more than one item that you would like to buy, I can combine shipping as long as you pay for all of the items at once in one invoice. Please contact me to tell me what items you want to buy together. Then I can see what kind of a package the combined items need to go in, see how much it weighs, and give you a combined shipping/handling rate. This can be done any time prior to making your payment. I ship to USA addresses.
- Insurance is available at your option. I am not responsible for packages once I have shipped them. (It is my personal experience that packages arrive in good condition 99% of the time.)
PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
I accept PayPal and money orders. If you have good feedback, I will accept a personal check. I reserve the right to determine what a good feedback score is. For any feedback less than 100% positive, or if your score is less than 50, please let me know ahead of time that you would like to pay by check so that I may look at your score and/or your feedback and let you know if I can accept a personal check. Thank you.
Payment is expected within 3 days if you're paying by PayPal. If you are mailing your payment, I expect to receive your payment within 7 days, and not later than 10 days. Also, an e-mail from you is expected within 3 days to let me know if you have mailed your payment. If you are waiting for the end of one of my auctions to pay for multiple items at once, please contact me within 3 days of winning your first item to tell me why you are waiting to send payment. If payment is not received within these time frames, and you have not sent an e-mail explaining your circumstance, then I will have no choice but to report you to eBay as a non-paying bidder. I will make every attempt to contact you first, but if you don't reply, I'll have to report the non-payment. Thank you (in advance) for your timely communication and payment. A LITTLE COMMUNICATION GOES A LONG WAY IN BUILDING TRUST AND GETTING GOOD FEEDBACK.

I generally check my e-mail early mornings, Monday through Saturday and very late at night most every night. (I'm not usually online during the day.) Anything that is paid for from Friday through Sunday will go out with Monday's mail.
