This item is the McCall's sewing pattern #4846 shown here. The pattern was copyright in 1975.

The pattern is uncut, unused and still in factory folds. The instructions are in the envelope.

The pattern is a GIRLS' Size 7:  Chest 26"; Waist 23"; Hip 27".

The pattern description reads as follows:  "Girls' Dress:  Dress has zipper in back opening; long sleeves A, B with elastic in wrist casings, or short sleeves C, D with elastic in lower casings have gathered cap. A, with contrast front yoke to be lined hen cut of eyelet, ruffling and purchased appliques, or D with decorative trim has tie belt included in front seams. C has front yoke ruffling."
