2. For a shipping quote of an order of $50.00 or more to Alaska, Hawaii

Canadian customers are responsible for any fees your government may
charge for your purchase.
SHIPPING FEES
We will combine shipping charges, please see our shipping
chart. Please be advised that some items will include an
oversize fee due to excess weight or size. You can deduct the shipping
discount yourself at checkout or we will invoice you with the correct
shipping total.

HANDLING TIME

1.Warehouse Shipments: These are shipments directly from our warehouse
to you. Usually these shipments leave our warehouse within 1 to 3
business days.
2. Drop Ship Shipments: These shipments are from the Manufacture or
Distributor directly to you. Because of order processing, these
shipments typically take longer.

UNOPENED ITEMS: Shipping is
non-refundable. An unopened item is in the factory box with the seal
intact. We will gladly accept these items with a return authorization

OPENED ITEMS: Shipping is
non-refundable. Opened items may be returned for an eBay store credit,
less a 20% restocking fee. Please contact us, bestfabricebay@yahoo.com

FABRIC: Fabric purchases of 4
yards or less are not eligible for return. Shipping is non-refundable.
Purchases of 5 yards or more may be returned with a return

SOFTWARE AND LITERATURE:
Software and printed materials may not be returned, unless defective at
the time of purchase.
