Our Refund Policy
EastPro eShop hope all buyers will have a unique and pleasure buying experience. Achieving 100% ccustomer satisfaction is our number one goal, that why we offer a 14 days money back guarantee on all purchases. If for any reasons, you are not completely satisfied with the items your receive simply return it to back to us within 14 days from the time you receive the order for a full refund minus the original shipping. Simply send an e-mail us to return@eastprosale.com or contact us at 203.404.3277.
Shipping is the only part does not cover under the 14 days money back guarantee unless the return was due to our error. If the item you return come with "Free Shipping", we will deduct the original shipping from the refund.
Buyers can either request a refund for the full item purchase item minus the original shipping , exchange for the same items or different items and paid the difference or store credit on next purchase. Refund will be issue in the same form as where buyers paid for his or her purchase.
In the case of “Electric Dog Fence”, wire are non-returnable if they has already been installed either below or above the ground.
We do not require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Buyers however do need to contact us either via e-mail or phone prior to returning the packages. Please be sure to include following information when contact us:

To assist us in expediting your return, exchange, and/or refund, please:

We ship both domestic and international on most of items we carry on eBay; otherwise, it will stated on the listing. We offer shipping methods from all four major shipping carriers including USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx. However, we do no ship all of the items to a PO Box address this is especially in the case of drop shipping (Note: This only applies to item ship from other than Hamden, Connecticut or item with item location display other than Hamden, Connecticut). We will always stated that on the listing on those item which does not ship to PO Box, outside the 48 Continuous US States, APO or internationally.
Please note Both UPS and FedEx does not make any delivery to a PO Box address
Our normal shipping and handling time are around two business days. We ship every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Order place and pay before 3:00pm Eastern time will goes out on the same day. Otherwise, orders are usually ship within 2 business day after we receive you payment. Please note this standard shipping time does not applies to items ship from other than Hamden, Connecticut as we do not have any control of shipping on a drop ship order. (Important Note: Any listing with item location display other Hamden, Connecticut were either drop ship directly from the manufacturer distributor center or directly from our distributor's warehouse.)
In the case you place a drop ship order with us and the items your are on back order status, you will be given the chose either to request a full refund including the original shipping or we can put you order on hold. Once the items are in stock, our distributor will ship to you immediately.
Local pickup are available only on items ship from our headquarter Hamden, Connecticut.
Payment are excepted to receive within 3 days Business day after the end of listing; however, buyers might require an extent period for submitting payment with valid reasons by e-mail us at payextent@eastprosale.com. We will hold any payment extension orders for up to 14 days from the date request was make. We reserve the right to cancel order after the 17 days extent period which including initial payment submitting period. We ask buyer allow up 7 Business Days for the personal check to be clear by our bank before any shipment will be make. Buyer are responsible for $25.00 return check fee if the check was return to us because of the insufficient fund on your bank account. Shipment will be release after both return check fee and the item purchase price are paid in full.
