Any eBayer may place bid and win items in our Private Listings. Private Listings on eBay allows regular listings on eBay except that bidders' User IDs do not appear in the listing or bid history, and thus bidders are anonymous to everyone except the seller and eBay. We uterlize the Private Listings to provide buyer confidentiality and to protect our bidders from unwanted emails and solicitations. |
RETURNS |
All sales are final. Please ask all questions before placing your bid or purchase. We offer a 3-day exchange policy only if the items sold are found to be incorrectly described. Exchanges must be pre-authorized by our Customer Service Department. There is no refund on Shipping and Handling. Some of the boxes and packing material show wear and tear, please bid accordingly. Some items come with the Manufacturer's Warranty Information. However all Items are sold WITHOUT WARRANTY and SOLD AS IS. PLEASE BID ACCORDINGLY!! Should you have any problems with your item, you must report WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. NO EXCEPTIONS. Since most of the items we sell are one of kind, we MAY not have replacements. SALES TAX |
By law we are required to collect sales tax for items shipped to addresses in California. CA Sales Tax is 8.25% of the winning bid price or the applicable rate at the time of purchase. |
| Cancelled Order |
If you win a bid and change your mind, you can either exchange your winning bid for another of our available inventory items, or you can pay a $10 restocking fee. If you choose not to exchange or pay the restocking fee we will recover the fees from eBay by filing a NPB report. For more information about NPBs please see eBay's help pages. |
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING |
Most items will be sent by Priority Mail. Buyer is responsible for any taxes that may be incurred in customs. Canada is also considered INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. The Standard minimum rate is up to 1 pound of your order. An additional item charge applies only if the weight exceeds 1 pound. SHIPPING & HANDLING |
Your item will be shipped via USPS/UPS/Federal Express Ground, depending on the weight and your request. Most flatware pieces are shipped via USPS and, therefore, insurance is recommended.
