More pockets mean more surface area with which to clean. When one set of pockets is sufficiently dirty or wet, rotate the towel and use the second set to clean and dry. When all four pockets have been exhausted, flip them inside out and continue cleaning. A loop on the end allows you to hang it to dry or store by the door.
