Upon receipt of package you must inspect all items for damage and to make sure you received all the items you ordered are correct. If item is incorrect or damaged due to shipping, Pets Central and carrier must be notified within 1 day of the package that has been delivered. You are required to retain all original packaging, material and item or items in unused condition to be inspected by the carrier for a possible claim.
· Returns: Buyer is to pay return freight. There will be a 20% restocking fee for return to stock non-defective returns.
