Shipping:

Items are shipped within 2 business days of receiving a cleared payment (weather permitting ) . All of our items are inspected and are packaged securely before being shipped out.

The shipping provider for the MA warehouse is USPS-no exceptions-we ship media mail, first class mail or priority mail . We use a calculated shipping rate and because we print out our labels through paypal -to confimed addresses only.

 Massachusetts Warehouse/we offer pre- owned items as well as new. These items are more auction type. You will also see that some of these items are Sold as is and Final sale items. We do Ship to Canada from this warehouse. We are a small business and use "other" on the custom forms,please do not request us to check off "gift"

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

 Massachusetts returns and refunds will be determined if Item is damaged -item will be either refunded or exchanged if we have another in stock . This applies to items that are not sold as is or sale final and only if item has been insured. We are not responsible for any uninsured items.
