No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective. All non-product related fees (i.e. shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable. All damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed with 24 hours of package delivery. If damaged please keep all packing materials.  Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected.
