Once received there is a four waiting period for your check or money order to clear our bank before we can ship your order. We charge 5% sales taxes if the order originates in the State of Maryland. No other taxes are charged at this time. International orders will be charged duty,taxes and sometimes brokerage fees. These are assessed by your government when your order arrives in your home country. You are responsible for all charges, taxes, duties and local transportation charges (if any).

We ship worldwide and usually require one business day domestic handling time (after your payment is received) to ready your order. Cages, kennels, crates, all Midwest homes and pet beds sometimes require two days domestic handling time. We reserve the option to ship best way at the time of your order. We ship via USPS, FedEx,and occasionally UPS.

We offer a seven day return policy. If the item is unused and in it's original packaging you may return it for a refund. If your item arrives damaged we will do everything we can to help with the claim. If your item does not arrive we will help with that also. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING INSURANCE FOR YOUR PACKAGE! While most of the time there isn't a problem, the one that is, will almost always cost more than the insurance. FedEx and UPS include insurance at no additional charge. The Post Office offers free insurance for Domestic Express Mail up to the first $100.00 of coverage, International Express Mail and Priority Mail also offer some insurance coverage. Please check on the amount when you order.
