Shipping Times:
Items in stock ship within 48- hours excluding weekends. Special orders require additional processing and will ship within 5-10 business days. Please contact us should your order require expedited processing.
Shipping Address:
We ship to the address provided in PayPal. Should you wish your item be sent to a different address, please email your request to info@myjewelboutique.com. Incorrect addresses in PayPal, which result in additional shipping charges, will be the buyer's responsibility. Any package refused by the buyer and returned to us, will not have shipping refunded as part of the buyer's refund.
Combined Shipping:
Combined shipping is available for all items which can safely be mailed together. Postage is based on the final weight of all pieces and we never charge a handling fee. Please do not check-out or pay until you've received a combined invoice for all items purchased from us. |

Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly take the item back for a full refund within 30-days of the delivery date, we do not, however, offer partial refunds.
Returned merchandise must be in new, unused/unworn condition, odor-free, in the original packaging/box, and warranty information (included) if applicable. Once we receive the item, we will refund your original purchase price (minus any shipping costs). Refunds for items with free shipping will be less our original shipping costs.
Should we make a mistake, all shipping costs are refunded.
Order Cancellation:
You may cancel an order any time before it has shipped we will ask you to complete a Mutual Cancellation through eBay so that we may retrieve our fees through eBay. Once shipped, you are responsible for any shipping fees to return it to us.
