ITEM CONDITION: All our products are brand new! We do, however, not manufacture them and cannot guarantee how they will hold up to your dog's play style. We take great care in the description of each one in an effort to help you decide whether or not a toy is right for your dog but ultimately YOU KNOW YOUR DOG BEST. Always remove all tags and never leave your dog unsupervised with a new toy.
RETURN POLICY: If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, just return it within 30 days of purchase date for a refund of purchase amount, as long as the item is in new condition with original tags attached, no exceptions. BEFORE you return an item, please email us for a RA# (Return Authorization Number) to ensure proper credit and a smooth and quick transaction. Note that shipping costs are not refunded nor is K9-Giants responsible for return shipping.
