Money order, cashier check must be received within 5 days after the notification of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within 7 days. We will notify eBay regarding the non-paying issue. Please let us know in case of special circumstance. If buyer pays with cashier's check or money order, please notify us ASAP of the date on which you send out your payment.
Papal payment must be received within 3 days after the notification of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within 5 days. We will notify eBay regarding the non-paying issue. Please let us know in case of special circumstance.

Returns on defective and/or damaged items

If Found defective- Buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately or refund (refund always exclude shipping and handling) immediately once we received the defect item. Please contact us within three days of receipt of items before returning. Items to be returned must be unused and in new condition. Items that came back damaged, or with pet hair or odor will not be honored for exchanges. Please measure your pet for apparel size before bidding/purchasing. We don’t refund or exchange if the item does not fit your pet.

Buyer from other countries and regions please email us for the S&H charge. We do combine shipping for multiple items purchased within a period of 5 days and to be shipped together. The shipping discount is $2 off for each additional collar shipped to the USA. Please note that the Combine Shipping Discount will only apply to those auctions that Ended Within 3 Days from Each Other.
Shipping & Handling fees include handling, packing materials, boxes, fuel charges, delivery confirmation and actual shipping charges. Insurance is always optional, but we strongly suggest domestic buyers purchased insurance as we will not be responsible for items lost on route. S&H charges are non negotiable. Shipping & Handling & Insurance fees are non refundable under any circumstances. Do not contact us for discounts on shipping charges during or after the auction. Please notify us if you need faster shipment. We will only ship after payment is received. No customer pick-up. All orders are shipped out in 48 hours after receipt of payment. Do not complain or leave negative feedback regarding shipping fees during bidding and after winning any auction.
