Shipping Fees
Combined Shipping to save USD 2.00 for addtional item.
We do combine orders. To take advantage of combined shipping savings simply pay the first item shipping in full and then deduct US$2.00 from any subsequent items.
Combined shipping only valid with other purchases within 5 days from the first purchased. All items to be combined must be on the same invoice. You cannot combine shipping with auctions that have already been checked out or paid for, so please wait until you are completely done shopping before you checkout.
International Orders: We accept international order. You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees which may be imposed by your local government when you receive your package. You are responsible for paying any additional charges for customs clearance. You are recommended to purchase insurance on your mail as we are not responsible for damaged or lost items by the post office.
Return Policy
The returned items will be exchanged only if the return guidelines are followed:
- The item(s) must be returned in all of the original packaging including carton, boxes, and copy of customer sales invoice.
- All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number.
- Please place the RA number given to you by us on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RA numbers on them will not be accepted.
Replacement items will be exchanged within 5 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Please also NOTE that we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Exchanges are only accepted within 10 days from our ship date and according to listed guidelines. If we do not have the exact item for exchange we will refund the item price.
