Terms of combined shipping

We offer combined shipping on most items.  Please email us for the combined shipping rates.  At the end of the auction you must send us an email with the item number asking us to hold the item for possible combined shipping.  Unpaid items will not be held for combined shipping for more than 5 days.  However, you may pay for an item and email us to hold that item for possible combined shipping.  Some items may NOT qualify for combined shipment due to weight, fragility or other considerations.  In the event you are charged too much when you use the ebay checkout system we will refund the amount overcharged.

Warranty vs. As-Is Sales

All items are sold as-is with no warranty unless otherwise stated.  While we will do our best to discover and disclose any defects prior to selling the item we are not perfect, and we may miss something.  Please email us with any questions before bidding.  If we can, we will be happy to send more detailed photos if you request them.  If a Reliable Traders warranty tag is on the item it must not be removed or the warranty will be immediately void.  If the warranty was issued by Reliable Traders, buyer must contact us prior to returning the merchandise.  A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.  If the warranty was issued by the manufacturer, buyer must contact the manufacturer directly to obtain service under the warranty.

Sales Tax

By law, we are required to collect sales tax on this item when shipped to a delivery address in Arizona.

Shipping Insurance

Should you choose to decline shipping insurance you accept full responsibility for all damages or losses incurred in the shipping process.

Shipping Destinations

We deliver to some International addresses at this time.  We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Local Pick-up

We regret that we cannot offer local pick-up since we do not have a retail sales facility at this time.

Payment

For auction bids, PayPal is preferred and it ensures quick delivery of your merchandise.  We accept Paypal, Money Orders or Certified Checks in US currency only.  Absolutely no personal checks.  Please note that we will ship to the address provided with your PayPal payment.  Payment must be received within five (5) days or the item will be re-listed OR offered to the second highest bidder.  NOTE: Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after five (5) days and a Non-Paying Bidder report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.  You may pay for an item and have us hold that item to be combined with another for possible combined shipping.  See terms and conditions for combined shipping above under the heading “Combined Shipping.”

Returns and Refunds

General Policy – Will offer exchanges or store credit on this item.  Should you change your mind or need a different size you should contact us via email for instruction on returning a item.  You can also call us at 520-623-1755.  With exchanges or returns for credit buyer must pay shipping charges for the return and shipping for the new item.  Upon arrival of your item, you have seven (7) days to notify us if your item is defective or does not match the item description.  All requests must be in writing by email either through the eBay message system or directly to us at ReliableTraders@aol.com. 

Wrong Item

If we send you the wrong item we will pay for the return shipping, and we will ship the correct item at our expense.

Process for resolving any problems with your shipment

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THIS ITEM: All problems must be reported to Reliable Traders within five (5) business days of receipt of item.  Email us with the following information:  Name, address, name of item, Item number, telephone numbers where you can be reached, serial number of the item where applicable, and a description of the problem you are experiencing.  We can only guarantee what we have said was working, if it is something listed as either untested or nonworking, or if the item was sold as-is, then we cannot accept the return.  If the warranty tag is broken (if applicable), we will not even consider giving a refund. We will do our best to troubleshoot the problem before asking you to return the item.  NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH OUT A VALID RMA NUMBER.  If you will need to send the item back to us, it may be at your expense.  If we have the same problem you are having, we will issue you a refund for the purchase price.  Any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the error was clearly ours.  If we do not have the same problem you are having, we WILL NOT issue you a refund and we will expect you to pay the cost of return delivery to you.  Merchandise should be properly packed and must be insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase plus shipping and handling.  Reliable Traders is not responsible for any merchandise that we do not receive or that is not returned in accordance with the stated terms:  We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning merchandise.  Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.  Please note that serial numbers for all items are identified and photographed prior to shipping items to buyers.

Items Damaged in Shipping

Shipping damage must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the item.  Damage must be reported in writing by email either through the eBay message system or directly to us at ReliableTraders@aol.com.

Return Procedures

Please send an email to ReliableTraders@aol.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.  Thank you for honoring these policies, so that we can continue to bring great products to all our customers.  If we determine that you are entitled to a refund, you will be paid in the same manner you chose to pay us.  If you paid via PayPal, your refund will only be made via PayPal, etc.

Items Lost in Shipping

If you have not received your purchase, email us at ReliableTraders@aol.com with the following information:  Name, Address, Phone Number, eBay Item Number.  We will immediately start tracking down your purchase.  USPS requires 30 days wait before we can file a complaint, and they require a signed letter stating that your item was lost or damaged.  All Carriers take about 4-6 weeks to process their complaints.  We cannot issue refunds until the carrier does.  If the carrier denies the claim, you will not receive any refund.

Shipping

Please use the shipping calculator to determine the shipping and handling charges.  Once we receive the confirmed payment we will ship same day or next business day.  Each auction is different because we sell items for ourselves as well as for others.  Insurance cost applies to both domestic and international shipments. Attention International Bidders! The delivery to your country may take from 4 to 8 working days after order has been shipped. Please understand that most international delivery delays are postal delays that we are not aware of until you let us know.  Merchandise will typically ship within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Some items do take longer due to the difficulty in packaging the item securely.  International buyers: Please remember that you will be responsible for any import duties, which are based on an item's declared value (winning bid amount). We do not calculate these nor do we include them in the auction prices or shipping quotes, so please check with the shipper before bidding.  Some items may take additional time to ship based on size or special handling requirements.  Allow for up to 5-7 business days for International shipping or to ship via freight carrier.  Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the shipping details and any tracking information available.
