• Damaged or defective items can only be exchanged. A refund cannot be issued for a damaged or defective item unless otherwise noted.

• Damaged or defective items must be returned before a new item will be sent. A call tag will be issued for damaged or defective items.

• Items returned for any reason other than defect or shipping damage will assess a 10% restocking fee. S/H is non-refundable.
