PAYMENT
We aceept paypal, cashiers checks and money orders. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. If you cannot submit payment via paypal, you do have the option to email us to make other arrangements at orders@coastalpetsupplies.com
SHIPPING
We process all orders within 24 hours and all shipments are sent out within two business days of processing. For orders that are drop shipped, we do provide tracking numbers as soon as they are provided to us. We ship to the United States and Canada only - we ship pet products to Canada, not any chemicals or deodorizers. Please don't waste our time or yours emailing us to ask us why we won't ship to other countries - customs is a pain in the butt and that's all we'll say. We request that all addresses be a PHYSICAL address and not a post office since most items must be shipped via UPS, if USPS is listed, a po box is fine. Customers in Florida will incur sales tax (sorry, we have to report it, so we have to charge you for it.)

We are here for you! If you have a question, please ask us, we will respond within 24 hours. If you don't receive a response, we didn't receive your email - so please email us again. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. Due to the overwhelming number of people who do not leave feedback on ebay, our account is set up under our selling manager to automatically leave feedback for our buyers once feedback has been left for us. This not only cuts down on unnecessary work from our end, since it is automated, but allows everyone a FAIR opporutnity to receive the benefit of feedback. We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied, so if for ANY reason you are not happy with your purchase, please allow us to make it right! We have EXCELLENT feedback due to the fact that we take care of our customers, and we want to keep it that way! Your satisfaction is our GOAL.
RETURNS
All returns must be approved with an RMA number. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt of delivery to qualify for a return. Some items in our store are not refundable due to sanitary purposes. Customer error items will incur a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping including tracking and insurance. We can't refund what we don't receive, so it must include tracking. Initial shipping charges are NOT refundable - we shipped it to you, we can't absorb the cost of that shipping because you changed your mind. Items must be NEW, unused, in ORIGINAL packaging if they are returned. Any product that is deemed used or is a sanitary product cannot be returned. If the item is damaged, we will happily take care of replacing it to you at NO CHARGE (of course).
