Discount Pet Store Ships
First Class, Priority, and Express mail via USPS.
All with delivery confirmation tracking. The option to select the shipping method is left up to you, the customer. You can choose what type of shipping depending on when you need the item. Most of our products are very durable and do not sustain damages during shipping, however, shipping insurance is available and can be purchased at the USPS rate. Discount Pet Store will not be held responsible for shipping damages. There is a small shipping and handling charge for all items. See the shipping calculator below for details. |
If you purchase any Discount Pet Store item and are not 100% satisfied, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it. Due to health and safety concerns for our customers pets, Discount Pet Store does not accept returns on used items, or items missing packaging. A refund will be given in the initial form of payment within 7 days of Discount Pet Store receiving the returned item. Items returned which are shipped in error or do not match the description will be fully refunded. Items which are returned unwarranted will be refunded for the item minus any shipping charges. |
