Payment
Payment is required within 5 day of the close of the auction. Your order will be processed after payment is received.
Damaged on Arrival (DOA) AND Refunds Policy
All sales are final.
If item is defective it will be replaced. Customer has up to 5 days of receipt to exchange for a new one.
Item must be returned in its original and UNUSED condition with original box and packing.
Buyer must obtain RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning item
We will be happy to replace the defective item for a new one for free accepted Shipping & handling charges. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
Free Bulbs do not have coverage. If bulbs are damaged during transit, we offer low replacement cost.

If product it is damaged upon arrival, customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a claim/replacement.
Buyers pay for all return / exchange shipping & handling fees.
If item is damage in shipping, buyer must contact carrier to resolve the damage product situation.

SHIPPING INFORMATION |

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number, you can use the tracking number to track the shipping status of your order by visiting the carrier's website. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled. Orders will be shipped USPS, UPS or first class mail which ever is least inexpensive. Shipments are made Monday thru Friday during business hours after payment clears. Orders may take two business days to process and ship once payment clears due to high demand.
