Payment

Payment is required within 5 day of the close of the auction.  You order will be processed after payment is received.

Refunds

No cash refunds unless defective merchandise that cannot be replaced. You must contact us within SEVEN days of receipt of merchandise for exchange or return and return of said merchandise must be POSTMARKED WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF RETURN APPROVAL. We will accept returns for EXCHANGE if merchandise is returned in original condition at your expense. If there is no problem with the order, but you just want a refund, there is a 20% restocking fee to cover our labor costs. 

Damaged on Arrival

If any part of order is received damaged, please save all packaging and contact us within 24 hours of the time of delivery by UPS or other carrier, and not 24 hours of personally discovering the damage. We will file a claim with shipper and work with you to either send replacement parts or to replace entire item. Replacements will be sent by ground unless you paid for faster service on original shipment or you want to pay the difference for faster shipment of replacement.

After your order is shipped, I will e-mail you a confirmation with a tracking number, your. You can use the tracking number to track the shipping status of your order by visiting the carrier's website. Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled. Orders that have multiple items will be shipped USPS or UPS which ever is least inexpensive. Shipments are made Monday thru Friday during business hours after payment clears.
