Make sure that you measure your pets neck for a correct fit. Don't measure your pets current collar, that is not correct. Measure your pets neck with a soft cloth measuring tape and then compare to my size cart.
RETURNS
REFUNDS: All returns require authorization prior to your return. Returns must be in the same new condition within 7 days of confirmed delivery. A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged to all returns. Your original shipping and handling is not refundable. You will be required to agree to a Mutual Agreement, send via e bay, "That We Have Both Agreed Not To Complete The Transaction" No refunds will be processed until this is completed.
EXCHANGE Returns: Are within 7 days of confirmed delivery only. If you order a incorrect size you will be required to pay return postage.
Payment is due within 5 days.
