Items are either donated by our supporters or bought by rescue members through wholesale suppliers to help in our fundraising efforts. If you believe your item is not as described, please contact us. SHIPPING	Most items ship within one week of receipt of cleared payment. However, sometimes we have no control over shipping and therefore shipping of your item might be delayed. Most items are drop shipped directly from the suppliers. Please contact us if your item does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time. Most of our items can and will be combined for shipping discounts. In fact, you normally only pay shipping for one item, unless there are added freight charges.
