Description
Direct from the Scott's House & MADE IN THE USA! Included in this set is one small red leather studded collar and one matching four foot leash. Excellant quality!
Fits neck size 12 1/2 to 14 inches. Leather is 3/4 inch wide x 1/8 inch thickness.
Leather has been hand dyed and sealed with an acrylic poly blend for long lasting sheen.
All nickel hardware (buckle, leash loop & leash swivel lock). Studs are stainless steel.

Payment
All Payments must be received within 7 days of close of auction pursuant to eBay Policy. If paying by check, money order or cashier’s check, we ask that you notify us by email so that we may mark your account and avoid sending repeated invoices while waiting for receipt of payment.
CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS & CASHIER'S CHECKS: Individuals registered with PayPal may send Personal Checks/Money orders & Cashiers checks in lieu of using PayPal. When checking out, please indicate you are paying by check or send us an email to avoid repeated invoices.
AUCTION TERMS: Bidders who have questions regarding an item should contact us by email prior to placing a bid. All items offered are new unless specifically stated otherwise. We do not sell third party items unless so specifically stated.
Shipping
Owens provides a "Proof of Deposit/ Tracking Number / Delivery Confirmation" at its own expense to assure Buyer their item has been deposited for shipping. Buyer to pay all remaining shipping fees. Since shipping fees are paid either to Fed Ex, UPS, or the US Postal Service, they are non-refundable.
Please provide us with either a commercial or residential street address if shipping by UPS. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box. We will provide buyers / bidders with a tracking number upon receipt of same. UPS automatically insures up to $100.00 all packages. Additional insurance may be purchased if necessary.
There is no way to track international shipments unless it is shipped via Global Priority Mail or Airmail with insurance. Some shipments can take 3-6 months for delivery, regardless of how they are shipped. All international orders are sent US Postal Service or ground service. US Postal Service Surface ground delivery is 4-6 weeks; US Postal Service Airmail parcel post is 4-10 days, Global Priority Mail is 4-6 days.
We strongly urge buyers/bidders to purchase insurance in the event of loss or damage, especially on fragile and/or expensive items. We cannot refund monies or issue replacement items to those who fail to insure. USPS insurance is available for $1.65 to cover up $50.00 value. $2.60 covers up to $100.00 in value. USPS insurance does not cover theft from your delivery address. Please make arrangements to have your packaged delivered to an address where you or someone you trust will be there to receive it. We are not responsible for lost products, stolen products, or the potential negligent conduct of those handling the product during shipment. US Postal Damage claims must be filed by the Buyer / Bidder. Owens will provide Insurance receipts and a statement of true value to assist Buyers/Bidders in their claims.
