2. PAYMENT METHODS
U.S. Bidders: Paypal, Money Orders, Certified Checks or Personal Checks. Items paid by Personal Check will be held 10 business days to give your check time to clear your bank before shipping.
Canadian Bidders: Paypal or POSTAL Money Orders in U.S. Dollars.
International Bidders: Paypal is the only option available at this time.
3. UNCONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESSES
A confirmed Paypal address means that your item is being shipped to the billing address on file with your credit card company and protects both the seller and the buyer against internet credit card fraud. Unconfirmed Paypal addresses offer no such protection.
Therefore, I reserve the right to refuse any Paypal payment to an unconfirmed address.
4. SHIPPING TERMS
I ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) only. No local area pick-ups are possible and all packages must be shipped.
I ship very fast - usually within 1-3 business days of receiving your payment. Please check my feedback to see that most of my buyers comment on my fast shipping and that no one complains about slow shipping!!
5. SHIPPING FEES
U.S. and Canadian bidders, please use the shipping calculator to determine rates to your area.
All other international bidders, please e-mail me and I would be happy to give you a S/H estimate to your country.
6. COMBINED SHIPPING
I would love to combine shipping for you on multiple auctions ending within a 5-DAY period. To qualify for combined shipping, you must make one SINGLE payment. Please wait for my invoice with the correct combined shipping amount before paying. If you go ahead and pay me for just one item, I am no longer able to combine its shipping with anything else you may purchase.
Insurance is $1.70 per $50 of value. It is optional but highly recommended. Insurance may not be available on Canadian and other international shipments.
8. SALES TAX AND CUSTOM FEES
Sales within New York State only are subject to an 8.25% sales tax.
International shipments may be subject to customs and/or other fees and taxes. These are assessed by your country and are out of my control. If you need additional information, please contact customs officials in your country. Please understand that I cannot mark international packages as "gifts" - it's the law!!
9. RETURN POLICY
Returns are gladly accepted and subject to a 10% restocking fee. Please contact me before returning an item within 3 DAYS of receipt. The item must be in the same EXACT condition as when received (ie: not removed from any factory packaging) and must be postmarked no later than 7 DAYS from date of receipt and include DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

11. COMMUNICATIONS
