We have a minimal restocking fee of 15% of purchase price. Any refunds issued will be sent in the manner at the discretion of APEX Distributors.

To qualify for a refund items must be returned in NEW and UNUSED condition. ALL orignal packing material must be returned. If anything is missing deductions will be taken at APEX Distributors discretion. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer. If the item is returned in incomplete condition and customer requests the item back the customer will be responsible for those shipping costs.

Any replacement items the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If a replacement is unavailable a refund may be issued minus any shipping and handling costs.

All sales are final one week after the receipt of your order. IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY.

Shipping: Orders will be sent Fed Ex, UPS Ground, USPS service at the descretion of APEX Distributors. We can only deliver to a physical address. No PO, APO, FPO boxes etc. This item ships directly from San Diego, CA.

Shipping damage/claims: It is your duty to notify the shipper of any damages to your item. Our items are packed very well. If the packaging material is damaged please make sure to open the box and inspect the item before making a claim or contacting us. Most times external wear and tear from shipping will not affect the product.
