The LitterMaidTM Self-Cleaning Litter Box is a wonderful invention - I loved it and got one right away. However there were drawbacks - the disposable trays are expensive and rather flimsy.  Are you tired of the flimsy and expensive disposable trays?  I have never been able to remove one easily without getting some of the litter to fly all over the place.  In addition, with the cost of $15 or more for 12 trays, just one cat and a weekly changing of the disposable trays - will cost at least $65 a year!  My first thought was that it needed a reusable tray -thus the Slide& Toss TM was invented. With our reusable Slide &Toss TM, just slide it in to place, and slide it out to remove.  Then just toss the contents away.  And with the use of standard plastic grocery bags as liners, you don't even have to pay for liners!

●Canada  - Via First Class Mail International  - Insurance not available for this class of mail.  (no delivery estimate per USPS - may take 2-4 weeks)  If you want your item insured, you will have to upgrade to Priority Mail International for an additional $9.00 for one tray or $6.00 for two trays.  Priority Mail includes basic carriage insurance.

Delivery Confirmation Number is not the same as a Tracking Number used by UPS.  USPS typically does not scan the item at the point of shipment, and in most cases, does not scan the item until it is delivered.  Therefore the USPS on-line site may indicate that they have only been "electronically notified" of shipping for several days.  This does not necessarily mean the item has not been shipped.  Occasionally it may get scanned "in-transit" at a sorting center along the way.  If this is the case, the date displayed at the USPS site is not necessarily the day it was shipped.  If you receive notification that it was scanned in Clackamas, Oregon; Oregon City, Oregon; or Portland, Oregon, then it probably is the date of shipping, or the first business day after the item is dropped off at the Post Office, especially if it is a weekend or holiday.   (Our experience of scan rate at point of shipment is less than half-a-percent)
