The crystals on the collar itself are pink set in sterling silver plated settings. The white heart charm is included. What Sparkle!! It will be custom made to fit a 6" through 13" actual snug neck size, NOT collar size or length. PLEASE INDICATE IN YOUR PAY PAL NOTES, YOUR PET'S ACTUAL SNUG NECK SIZE SO THAT I CAN CUSTOM MAKE THE COLLAR. All of our collars collars have a leash hook & D ring. If you are buying this collar for a cat, it is NOT a "safety collar". If you would like it made into a safety cat collar, please request this. There is no charge to do this.
