Achieving 100% customer satisfaction is our number one goal, that why we offer a 14 days money back guarantee on all purchases. If for any reasons, you are not completely satisfied with the items your receive simply return it to back to us within 14 days from the time you receive the order for a full refund minus the original shipping. Shipping is the only part does not cover under the 14 days money back guarantee unless the return was due to our error. If the item you return come with "Free Shipping", we will deduct the original shipping from the refund.
Buyers can either request a refund for the full item purchase item minus the original shipping , exchange for the same items or different items and paid the difference or store credit on next purchase. Refund will be issue in the same form as where buyers paid for his or her purchase.
In the case of “Electric Dog Fence”, wire are non-returnable if they has already been installed either below or above the ground.

We ship both domestic and international on most of items we carry on eBay; otherwise, it will stated on the listing. We offer shipping methods from all four major shipping carriers including USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx. However, we do no ship all of the items to a PO Box address this is especially in the case of drop shipping (Note: This only applies to item ship from other than Hamden, Connecticut or item with item location display other than Hamden, Connecticut). We will always stated that on the listing on those item which does not ship to PO Box, outside the 48 Continuous US States, APO or internationally.

Our normal shipping and handling time are around two business days. We ship every Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Order place and pay before 3:00pm Eastern time will goes out on the same day. Otherwise, orders are usually ship within 2 business day after we receive you payment. Please note this standard shipping time does not applies to items ship from other than Hamden, Connecticut as we do not have any control of shipping on a drop ship order. In the case you place a drop ship order with us and the items your are on back order status, you will be given the chose either to request a full refund including the original shipping or we can put you order on hold. Once the items are in stock, our distributor will ship to you immediately.
Local pickup are available only on items ship from our headquarter Hamden, Connecticut.

The Cascade Canister Filter features a quick, push button primer for easy start-ups. Easy-lift clamps make it simple to release vacuum suction and remove the top. Two independent, directional 360-degree rotational valve taps and a tip-proof filter base make placement worry-free. Flow-rate control valves and swimming pool-style hose clamps make setup and adjustment easy. Extra large capacity filter trays use filter floss, coarse sponges, biological media and zeolite to accomplish a full array of 3-stage aquarium filtration.
Cascade Canister Filters by Penn Plax have integrated quality and convienence. Quick push-button prime, popular cobalt blue color, and included filter media and tubing are just some of the handy features. Large filter trays mean periods between maintenance is longer. The air tight seal and ultra quiet operation assure flow rate. Directional returns help to suspend waste matter so it can be taken in by the filter, leaving nothing but clear water.

To prepare filter:
Open lock clips first, then open both lift clips. Remove motor unit.
Remove filter baskets from filter case.
Filtration works from the bottom up. Use the coarse sponge pad, carbon and floss pad in bottom basket, place floss pad in remaining baskets. Lift basket handles to insert media. Rinse out baskets of any loose carbon dust.
Place seal ring, connector and cover grid over top basket.
Reassemble filter:
Not that small opening on motor unit must align with holes on basket.
Valves:
Attach valves to ports on motor unit. Attach valve with blue ring to "in" port. Attach valve with black ring to "out" port.
Position filter:
Choose a location for the filter where it can be easily accessed for maintenance. Do not attach hoses yet. Note that hoses with valves will easily detach from motor to remain at aquarium during filter maintenance.
Hose attachment:
Intake hose assembly: Attach strainer to long end of intake tube. Firmly attach one hose to short end. Use 2 suction cups to secure intake tube to aquarium wall.
Exhaust hose assembly: You have 2 options: spray bar or directional spout.
1. Spray bar: Evenly distributes filtered water across length of aquarium. Breaks surface water to provide oxygen exchange.
2. Directional spout: Creates a forceful circulation flow in any direction. Breaks surface water to provide oxygen exchange.
Attach exhaust tube assembly to remaining hose. Secure to aquarium using suction cups as needed.
Carefully estimate the correct hose length to avoid unnecessary bends. Trim with scissors.
Attach intake hose to valve with blue ring.
Attach exhaust hose to valve with black ring.
Start filter. Turn both flow control levers to full open position.
Maintenance:
Periodically change the filter media, clean hoses and impeller. Your tank conditions will determine how often this should be done.
